Nuts are a good snack choice. They are tasty. You can store them anywhere with no fridge required. They all have way less carbs compared to chips, M&Ms and crackers. Still, some nuts have more carbs than others. If you are really keeping a close watch on all carbs, even the carbs in nuts count. This graphic will help you choose the best.
