Eat Bacon, Don't Jog - My patient's love this book. Easy to read. Clear and direct. The Obesity Code & Diabetes Code by Dr. Jason Fung. Dr. Fung is a Kidney specialist but is perhaps best known for his use of intermittent fasting and Low-Carb diet. He's also has a witty writing style that helps makes complex topics comprehensible.
